Vintage Cuno 12 Volt Lighter NOS Chrome Really Nice Mounting Part is

This lighter setup is NOS, but not complete.  12 Volt. There should be an outer socket that threads onto the inner socket shown for mounting.  I don't have that part. I do not know if this is correct for any particular vehicle. What I do have is very nice.  The chrome could use a little polishing.  There is some aging in the nooks and crannies.  The lighter fits great in the socket and the element is unused.
